Returns

Custom-Made (Personalized) Caps
Caps made to your individual specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days with photos at info@sosacustoms-sc.com.

Pre-Order Caps
As these are produced specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

In-Stock Caps (Ready to Ship)
Standard caps from our current stock can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition.

Return Shipping
For returns from Germany, SOSACUSTOMS provides a free DHL return label on request — please contact us at info@sosacustoms-sc.com.

For returns from EU countries and all other countries, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
